Welcome to Property Sorter, your new UK property listings website. Property Sorter is part of the Money Sorter group of websites whose aim in life is "making uk personal finance easy to understand - for idiots like you and me".
Why Property Sorter?
There are several UK property portals that have been well established for several years. Good for them.
But the problem is they only show listings of properties that the Estate Agents have paid them to list.
That is fine, it's a normal aspect to the commercial world we are all used to.
But what it means is that anyone searching for a new house or flat to buy or rent, in particular areas of the UK, has to look in several places to make sure they have covered all the available properties. And even then they can't be sure if they have missed their dream property.
We list homes from a number of property websites and arrange them in a variety of combinations. For example you can choose to search for your home using UK Properties by Price or Properties by Location in UK We use the Google mashup principle to show properties from several different sources. Within each property category you can filter your choices further. For example you can select Properties by Number of Bedrooms or Properties by Type of Building
We don't cover the whole of the UK yet - and frankly nobody does, regardless of what they might claim - however we are slowly but steadily building up to that. At present we show about 300,000 British properties for sale or rent in the UK across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

We are not property dealers / surveyors or otherwise involved in property in any way
